This page explains how Velox Grants handles personal data when contractors, staff, and prospective customers use the website or the grant admin workflow.
What we collect
We collect the information you send us directly, including contact details, contractor details, job notes, grant documents, uploaded files, and any information needed to review SEAI grant workflows. We also collect basic technical data such as page requests and session information so the site can function properly.
Why we use it
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, run workflow reviews, process uploaded paperwork, prepare workflow notes and file checks, support the contractor relationship, and keep records for service and compliance purposes.
How we store it
Files and structured records may be stored in Supabase and related service providers used to run the Velox Grants system. Access is limited to people who need it to deliver the service. We keep the data only for as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, or reasonable business records.
Security
We use access controls, secure hosted services, and practical file-handling procedures to protect contractor and homeowner information. Where sensitive customer records are shared, we expect them to be provided through agreed channels rather than informal forwarding where possible.
Sharing and processors
We may use service providers for hosting, storage, email, activity logging, document parsing, and analytics. We do not sell personal data. Where a data processor is used, we expect it to handle data only for the agreed service purpose and under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
If you are an individual whose data we hold, you can ask for access, correction, or deletion where applicable under GDPR and Irish law. You can also ask us to explain what data we hold and why we need it.
Contact
For privacy questions, contact dylan@veloxgrants.com. If we ever need a formal data processing agreement for a contractor workflow, we can put that in place before sensitive customer records are shared.
