Terms of Service

These terms cover the current Velox Grants website and grant admin service for Irish retrofit contractors.
Service scope
Velox Grants provides grant administration support, workflow review, paperwork organisation, and related operational services for Irish retrofit contractors. We are not SEAI, and we do not make final grant decisions.
No guarantees
We work to reduce avoidable admin errors, improve file readiness, and make the process clearer. We do not guarantee grant approval, payment, inspection outcomes, or SEAI processing times.
Customer responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy of the customer information, site information, invoices, declarations, and any documents you provide to us. You should check the final files before anything is submitted or sent onward.
Fees and changes
Fees are agreed with the contractor before work starts. The service can change over time as SEAI rules, processes, or the Velox workflow change. If the service scope changes materially, we will try to make that clear in advance.
Confidentiality and data
We handle contractor and homeowner data as confidential information and apply reasonable access, storage, and processing controls. Where appropriate, a data processing agreement can be used for client workflows.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific engagement that gave rise to the claim, unless a different written agreement says otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes should be handled under Irish jurisdiction unless we agree something different in writing.
